Yup again the deduct more than allowed

I really do not understand any more. How is this possible that of the arrangement that has been made that two of the debit orders is correct and the correct amount has gone off my account, but the third is incorrect and more than double has gone off without permission? Is there a problem that somebody does not understand how debit orders work?
