Your money is not safe with African bank

After banking with African bank for so long I've never been so disappointed till the past few months. I was ****med then I reported it immediately at my local branch they logged a ***** case I asked if there's anything I need to do they said no only to find out I was supposed to get case number and affidavit. I did all that till today no one has got back to me even when I try to request call back from African bank nothing. Now today I was trying to buy airtime it deducted twice but no airtime I tried to call but call centre is no help but my money gone no airtime. I think it's safe to say that they have turned to be one of those banks where security is not tight and the customers money is not safe. Now I am even thinking of removing my investment from there before I get ****med I don't know how.
