WORST!! YOUR CONSULT TREAT US LIKE IMBECILES. I called in several times to ask for help as I can not login my app even internet banking I spoke to a lady in investment she sounded like she didn’t even want to speak to me on a call she was rude very much unprofessional she was putting the blame on me when I answered all the questions you asked I had already answered she then said if you don’t want to assist you then I would have to transfer!! Like really transfer me where she could have told me this is the process to be followed simple. Then call again went to customer service spoke to Goldin guesss what he pretended not to hear me on the call and then proceeded to hung up!! Your people are unprofessional very much rude and the us what your represent as a company that we should treated like this when we need help!! My account could be cleared out without even me knowing I need help but there is no help I am receiving but treated like an imbecile like an trash
