Your app doesn't work

Hi there,

My loan application was approved and i got a call from a consultant who guided me through the Debit check process, i read all the documents and i accepted the prompt on my phone, then it was loading non stop. I clicked back and it took me back to the beginning of the entire process as if i didn't submit any documents and it instantly declined.

Can you guys correct this issue? The loan of R20,000 has already been approved but now it is saying declined. I was just at the debicheck stage.
