You pay for their incompetency and poor service

You take a loan and pay your monthly installment accordingly, the next thing your outstanding balance balloons by more 50% and your monthly installment increases. When you try to find out, you are told you are in arears yet they debiting your account monthly and you have never missed any installment. African bank service is so unfair and poor. Don't ever take a loan there.
