You messing with my credit history

I took the time to enquire on my arrears amount on both my loans after paying bassed on my statement and found out that the amount I paid was still short. I was advised of the correct arrears amount and I even settled my 1 loan but thanks to a small amount I was advised of my account is still showing as in arrears with Experian credit bureau
