You have no money african bank doesnt care even after all the proof they wanted

Can you believe that after sending proof from employer and certified copy of my id the documents african bank asked me for insurance.because im not getting any uif relief fund from middel april till now and not receiving any funds from employer they keep doing deebit order after debit order costing me over 200 rands of bank fees. Im done with this bank worst ever in the world please dont open anything at them. Will just keep doing whatever they want even when you have nothing no money. I got a small ammount today to buy food and they do a damn debit order this morning. I cant believe they will do this with this covid19 epidemic. They dont care about their clients wellbeing so please dont use them ever
