You are messing my life

i tried several times to call you , and i cant get help ,i don't understand how on earth can i pay you every month but the least you fail to do is to update my credit record , and its seats with areas while i dnt even owe u guys any area i pay you so well and have settled some loans , i regret the day i came to your bank i wont advice anyone to go to African bank , poor service , failing to update records leaving me as if i haven't paid you for months while statements show i pay you
