Wrongly debited

<p>I recently made payment arrangements with African bank due to being in arrears</p> <p> </p> <p>I made arrangements to pay R3500. To my surprise African bank debited my account for R6,200 </p> <p> </p> <p>Now they highly inconvenienced me with this I really need this sorted out ASAP!</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my refund done ASAP!</p>
