Firstly I'd like to thank Africa Bank for the good service I've been receiving

Few months ago my debit went off on the 13th of June 2019 for some reason African Bank couldn't allocate the funds so a lady by the name of ntfiki maphango solved the issues at that time but my worry was that on the credit bureau it Will reflect as a late payment so this lady Ntfiki Maphango promised me if they disadvantaged me that she'll fix it

So checking on compuscan it reflected as a late payment so as promised by Ntfiki they fixed it but yesterday I've check my credit reports on experian and transunion and it reflects as late payments so id like this to be fixed
