wrongfully blacklisted

I received letter from African bank which summoned me to come to court in September 2014. While I had never received any communication that i had opened any loans or credit cards with them. This summones stated that I should appear in court or else face legal action for using R59000 which I had no knowledge of. I went to african bank and was then told that I have a credit card and loan with them. While i didnt know a thing about this. They gave me copies of the original application which had my ID copy yet it was not my picture on the copy, the payslip stated that I am a nurse which I am not and the signatures on those applications were not mine. I then went to legal wise for assistance and they have been dealing with the matter on my behalf with no success. We are still anxiously waiting for African bank to respond as I have been blacklisted. This means I can not buy a house, a car or take anything on credit. I am extremely frustrated and infuriarated with how slow this process is.
