Wrongful ITC Listing

African Bank is really messing with my life, since I have had accounts with African Bank its been probems after problems. My credit card account number ********** 7842 shows that I havent paid my January 2018 installment, this is not true because the money is deducted from my account. The money was taken as per contract but now my ITC credit payment profile shows that my account is 30 days in arrears. African Bank is so unproffessional. I WANT THIS RESOLVED ASAP.
