WRONG REASON FOR DECLINE PERSONAL LOAN

Today we app**** for a loan at Fourways the computer show we qualify for the loan of R8000.00,the branch or head office dont come back to state how far the application is ,when i phone they say declined due to affordability but it is the same statements and income they approved for the loan in last year of over the R40000.00,so i dont think they using the right creteria when it comes by approving of loans.And i think its very poor communication that no one even come back ,I must phone everytime .
