Wrong debit order off my account

2 months ago I received an sms from Standard bank that a debit order has come off for African Bank. I don't even have a loan with them but money gets debited from my account every month. I contacted them today and a very arrogant a@@@@ hole slams the phone down in my ear. I phoned again and Mr Moletsane was helpful. He told me that the debit order coming off my account is for a Mr Maphumalo. Only to be told that the loan was taken in 2010 but the debit order only started coming off my account 2 months ago. Then I get told that Mr Maphumalo and my bank account details are the same. Shocking that this error can be made by 2 banks. Atleast Mr Moletsane is sorting this out for me
