Wrong debit date and double debit

I have sent up a debit order arrangements and firstly they double debit my account Last month. And it's not even month end and they debit my account when that money was sent for my lights to purchase. I want to cancel my debit order arrangements and I will pay them cause clearly they don't know what they doing
