Wrong debit date
My debit order always go off on time never a late payment, but they did a debit order on a other date in December 2017 a date that i do not get paid. But it went through....today i received a sms that there is a amount outstanding.... do not know why.. African bank give very poor service, also the call center is not very helpful....
