Wrong Amount Balance Alerts on sms

I have been with african bank for 2 years now and from a credit of R3000 starting now i am on R250000 gold card so i maintain my card good,Last month i had a sms after i swiped i had a balance of R11039 avail credit so i was using my card not knowing the balance was wrong on the sms i continued using and when i check my online banking it was the same amount so i didnt worry,after the install for june went out i had a low avail balance only to find on the online and sms was totally wrong so my issue is i am on a budget and keep my credit card to R10000 and above not below but this month it is because of the mistake on the online banking and sms now i need explanations as this is bullsh*&T to me,i did a calculation and i supposed to have over R10000 in my account on this day!! i want answers ASAP!
