Wrong account balance on personal loan account

Greetings can I be assisted, African bank doesn't want to handle my complain. The last time I spoke with the lady , she told me that it's mistake, about 20 customers are affected by this. but unfortunately their mistake negatively affects my credit score. Can I get some advice on how to handle this matter.
