I have been your client for over 12 months now and with one of your fixed deposit interest account. I recently had an issue in understanding how to deal with the re-investment and didn't have a clear indication on how to handle that. I contacted your social media team, they send me enquiry to someone who called me and resolved the matter within 4 min in that same call. He understood my issue in the first interaction and had a solution that worked for me.
