I spoke to Lebitso regarding my settlement letter ,he was efficient and knowledgeable.He even updated my details as I have asked previously @ the bank in Randburg,I had all the required documents but fortunately,I knew my old details to verify Identity,KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK,I hope you become trainer to teach them to work with customers
