Worst worst

It is with utter disgust that I write this complaint ,I have been a long standing client with African Bank and if I was unhappy I would let them know this time it was too much .I recently app**** for a loan and I got pre approved ,my affordability is excellent and the few accounts I have I’m paying off .However they kept on requesting documents which I then send and eventually they declined the application this is the worst!!!!
