Worst transactional service!

Absolutely livid! I made a payment on the 2nd of November ,today is 11th of November and the money has not cleared. I have been sent from pillar to post and no one seems to have the answers.

So disappointing...my business has been at a standstill for over a week now and no one seems to care!
