Worst Terrible Customer Service Ever

Please kindly be advised that I am a very unhappy customer as I received a very bad customer service from this bank . Last week on the 25th which was my pay day I was inconvenienced by an ABSA ATM which isn't or shouldn't be my problem. I was trying to make a cash withdrawal however didn't receive the funds and got a notification that withdrawal was successful. Went to one your branches and was advised the TAT will be 7 working days. To my surprise visited the branch again this afternoon and was told to wait 30 working days which is impossible as how do I run my errands since its month end? Does it mean I shouldn't even go to work as I don't even have transportation fare? Haven't even paid my rent. African bank is the worst bank ever. I want my money
