Worst service TRYING to use Insurance

You pay monthly for loan "insurance". When you do lose your job and finally want to claim. Theey dont even get back to you. Emailed my relevant documents to the email addres in october 2020. Just received the automated response, after that never again. Called them in Jan again, had to email the documents again and cc one of the agents. Still nothing has come of it. Worst service ever. Having to stay on a line for hours and not getting anywhere
