Worst service i ever experienced

<p>I Made a load on the 9 April with African bank sent in all my documents. I haven heard from them at all after waiting an entire week i called them only to be told my loan was declined, they didnt even have the decency to contact me to advise that it had been declined even after i had laid a complaint i will make sure to warn everybody about the horrible way your call centre staff treats client im disgusted with the level of service rendered.</p>
