Worst service ever received from african bank

Worst service ever received from Africa bank.

I cashed out bitcoin to my bank account on the 15th of October only to hear a month later that African Bank does not expect foreign currencies.

Not only during this time they made me send numerous documents, and statements from skrill, they had me wait 24 hours for every request they had.

Now apparently i need skrill to reverse funds that african bank didn't receive without any proof that African bank did not receive the funds.

The staff af the complaints department are useless to say the least.
