Worst service ever, I won't recommend anyone to use African bank.
African bank is the worst bank I've ever bank with. Last year in October they put my account on hold for suspected *****ulent funds and on the 12th of December they told me to submit a proof of payment and they gonna open my account. I emailed them but nothing is been done up to so far, and the worst part is if I don't call on email them they just keep quiet. They are not helping at all as if I'm not their client.

22 Jan 2024, 10:02I've been calling this number from last year and they are doing the same thing, they will call back or send sms but not done till date please provide the number were ill get help😡 that is why I say African bank is useless. I'm getting my SASSA srd on this account three months without my srd 😡
