Worst service ever from African bank

I app**** for a credit card with African bank which was approved. I was emailed the contract and everything. They phoned me to collect the card and to accept the DebiCheck. The next day I received an sms I was rejected?? This is pathetic service from African bank giving their clients false hope and making them go through everything unnecessary.
