Worst Service Ever!!!!!

I tried applying for a loan with the bank in May but I was asked over a 1000 times for the same documents which I sent through daily until my application expired. I then reapp**** on June 15 2022, the same thing happened until my application expired AGAIN on the 30th of June.Whenever I call in, every consultant would always say they will escalate my enquiry but nothing ever happened!!!!! What the hell???!!! Your services is pathetic!! You give no damn about your customers!!!! You're the worst for me really and don't deserve even a single star rating!!
