Worst Service ever.

I have NEVER BEEN SO HUMILIATED in my life!!!!! After applying online for a loan.....AND BEEN APPROVED. I went into Highveld Mall Witbank this morning with my Legit paperwork to complete the Application. I have payslips and all relative paperwork. Sit down with the "consultant" which I didn't even get a name for..... And I say "consultant" because she is not even worth the payslip that I have...... I'm by occupation a Caregiver with Payslips, Bank account which show more than enough evidence because I run a business also for extra income.....AND SHE WILL CALL ME A DOMESTIC WORKER AND CAN'T HELP ME!!!! Who the hell do you think you are to talk to a customer like that. This was the rudest and most unlikable person I have ever dealt in my life. Who gave her the right to downgrade even a Domestic worker infront off everybody!!! Yes I'm upset. I'm very upset. Manners madam African Ban****!!
