Worst service ever

In all my years of doing business with you, today I had the worst service service. Calling to follow up on my application , the recording clearly states your cell phone is registered, enter your ID which I did. The. The agent says your cellphone is not registered, which I tell her it is and she says to me I didn’t enter my ID which I told her I did. Then the system rejects all my security questions, and we have a disagreement because she says I’m telling her an incorrect address. I tell her, I’m holding a statement dated 30 September with the address I’m giving you. She gets frustrated and starts to shout, tells me I must go to the branch. I tell her to stop shouting and no I’m not going to the branch. I tell her to escalate the matter coz her system is clearly wrong, she puts me on hold until I see my airtime running out and I drop off. I try to call again but I’m kept on hold. This is the worst service I’ve ever had with you guys
