Worst service ever

I’m extremely disappointed with the service that I received from this company, money was transferred into my bank account on the 23rd September was freezes without being notified of suspicious transactions, I had to go to their branch in Lenasia only to be told of the *****, I understood they had to run their due diligence and I was told to expect a call from forensic within an hour, hours passed, I had to again to another branch in Joburg CBD was told the same thing “ticket logged” expect a call with an hour. I’m still waiting

Now this is I want, money cleared by no later than tomorrow midday and I don’t want any call from your so called forensic that doesn’t care about your clientele. That money was transferred for a reason, I have paid my rent, tuition fees, no groceries Now since you know it all please tell me how am I supposed to survive, Because clearly I’m the stupid one…. I requested a manager and was told no manager available, complaints departments your hold forever. Fi*********xx it!!!!!!!!
