Worst service

Worst service ever. I got 70% discount on African bank loan and confirm telephonically before I can make payment. The total outstanding was then coming to 53380.00 as per telephonic conversation with the discount. I then paid 30 000.00 on the 20th May to vertex solution that is handling african bank account. I then paid 23380.00 which then settles me account. I have been trying to get proof that my account is settled with no luck. The amount keeps on going up. I am not sure on what to do next.
