Worst service by any company ever.

I took my fiancé to African Bank for a loan application on the 09/02/2019, it was approved and head office just needed to do an employment check. It's now Friday the 15/02/2019 and employment has been confirmed but now something else is keeping up the payment, between the branch and head office they can't seem to say what this is as they both have different stories, but one thing is for sure, they are not at all willing to assist, the branch can't apparently call head office and just email them and they can't even give me an ETA of when the loan will be paid. The frustration caused by African bank is enough to give a person a heart attack and it is by far the worst most pathetic *********** service I have ever received in my life from any company. They seem to be utterly useless.
