WORST SERVICE

I recently received my card today and asked agent if I am able to link the card to my other bank card to make payment and they advised yes you can and I took their word for it, little did I know I get to work and want to make a transfer on the App and unable too, try call the call centre department and number busy all of them provided sent emails and still no response,
