Worst service

African bank is giving a run around, the account was handed over to Dpls, i got a communication that they are giving 70% from Dpls so i paid now im ive been requesting paid up letter from both institutions but no luck , im so angry because im just paying this account to obtain paid up other wise the account was long prescribed.
