Worst Service

I app**** for an account in July I wanted to move my salary to African bank but struggled for over 2 months to get them to fix my app that kept giving me an error, when they finally fixed the app I app**** for a credit card waited for way more than 48hours after submitting all my documents then got approved took time of work to go to the bank just for them to tell me there is once again an error the credit card dont work the app gives me an error all I here is a bunch of excuses and empty promises.
