Worst service’!!!!!

Someone committed identity ***** with my ID and opened an account with African and transferred ********** money into the account that is under my name and ID. The sad part in all of this is that I personally don’t have an account with African and would never have one because if proper procedures were followed, fingerprints and identity verification, I wouldn’t be in this predicament. It is not my fault at all that I got ****** and had my belongings ******. I have done everything that I was asked to do my your African Forensics team, submitted everything needed but I’ve been following up for days now and I’m not getting any feedback. I need you guys to REMOVE my ID number on the ***** list and unblacklist me.
