Worst Month with African Bank

August has been the worst month for me with @AfricanBank. I’ve had 3 different issues and have been to their branch more than 3 times including today to no luck but being told about Turn Around Times.

Firstly, I app**** for their Credit card on Sunday the 13th and till today the status says “Your application is currently being reviewed”. You get to the one branch and they tell you something different from the other branch or contact centre. Secondly, I have funds that haven't cleared after being told they will clear after 24 hours stuck under “Current Balance” and no one can do anything about that.
