Worst mistake ever

No one at African Bank can assist you with the correct answer you get told to hold on while the discuss the matter with a supervisor for more that 11minutes and then you get cur off when you phone again you have have to explain the entire situation again and worst of all is no other institution is willing to assist you if you bank with African Bank. The only thing I require is a straight forward answer from someone that knows what they are talking about and to supply me with a solution to my problem. I chose African Bank as my bank to bank with and my salary gets paid into this account i am starting to think this was the worst decision of my life,
