worst customer service

<p>I am oweing african bank and have called them over the past week over and over requesting settlemenst letters so i can pay all my accounts off, in all occasions they informed me they were sending it right away and to date i have not recieved 1 letter to pay. i find that funny because they call me every single day to pay and now when i want to pay i do not hear from them. i have called twice today and both times they said they are sending the letter and still i have not recieved the letter. so ****ed off, maybe i just should not pay then they will call me quick</p>
