Worst customer service 😒

The African bank is, in my opinion, suboptimal. The service is protracted and the agents exhibit a lack of clarity. I submitted an inquiry regarding a transaction where I withdrew 6000 from an Absa ATM, but only 2200 was dispensed, with the remaining amount reversed by the ATM. I contacted Absa, and they directed me to contact my bank. I reached out to the African bank, providing them with the slip and query form. However, they have informed me that the process may take up to 30 days for the funds to be credited to my account. This development is, to say the least, perplexing.
