worst customer experince

i have had the worst customer service with African bank on Friday i app**** for a loan i was approved on Monday and funds were realized to my world account when i arrived by the Ladysmith branch unfriendly branch and consultants were using their phones in front of customers, i had the worst customer service there i was then told i would not be able to get funds since that person helping didn't accept terms and conditions i then requested a change of banks even now i have not had any response i have not gotten the funds
