Worst client service ever.

I went to this bank to make an loan application to start building my credit . I went there on the 4 of January 2018. I am still to recieve the money I signed for to loan . Terrible client service . When I phoned the client call centre theh said the money is only going to be released on the 10 /01/2018! What a disgrace the lady at the branch said 48 hours!IEverytime I go back there is a problem! If the money is not in by 09/01/2018 I cancel this loan and write another terrible review. Not just here ! I hope to get some feed back soon!
