Worst Banker ever ...feels like 1996

Worst bank ever, I logged a query on the 24 June 2020 because they have debited their installment and a settlement amount...I called them to reverse the settlement as i did not arrange it ...I had in May but due to other reasons ...I cancelled it ...In May...come and end of June they took all my money and their installment...they explained what happened and they said they will reverse in the next 24/48 ...its been almost 7 days ...I have been calling with no assistance no sympathy ...Remember this is almost my whole salary so i dont have anything at moment ...I have to buy airtime ...their call center keeps u on hold until the airtime finish...they dont even call back ...to think i moved from FNB ]thinking i will be saving ...and this what i get ....No one takes ownership or even calling to acknowledge ...All i want is my money back ...I have an agreement to pay your installment which is not even behind ...even worse the money is more ...
