Worst Bank Under The African Sun.

I opened an account with African bank. 3days after opening the account, my account was *****ulently cleaned out. Went to the Centurion branch, they logged a ***** case for me. This was on the 28 March 2023. To date, I have received no feed back. No phone call, No email, No whatsapp, not even a smoke signal from the forensic investigator, Jabulani Kabini. It is near impossible to get a hold of him aswell. Whenever I follow up, I'm told that an email will be sent to the relevant persons or department. All I'm asking for is communication. Someone to just let me know what's happening and how long I have to wait to be reimbursed. If ever I've dealt with an institution that doesn't give a damn about it's clients, it will have to be African Bank.

A consultant by the name Spamandla called me on 13/05/2023 at about 15:30. Relayed query to him and he PROMISED to get back to me on 15/05/2023, which he never did. I called the number that's referred above today spoke to a consultant named Paulina. Who simply just reminded me of the complain I logged last week 10/05/2023 and said she'll log another one. You can reach me on ***. Can this matter be finally concluded, it's seriously frustrating. It's going to be 2months of this. Like I told your consultant today, I seriously regret doing business with African Bank.
