WORST BANK TO DEAL WITH IN SOUTH AFRICA

I am still trying to settle a loan after many calls and emails - hello peter reviews. Is it legally allowed that a bank tells you (calls are recorded) they give you a settlement around 102k and they tell you call after the 30th of the May as the system is locked till then on that discount to 102k and we can try an better the settlement offer only after the 30th, when we do we told the new amount is 119k - after multiple calls to ask why, if we was told that they will review and today be told it is 120k - how is that legally allowed ? I want to settle and want to do so today but from 102k to 120k in a month based on what we told by african bank? If they couldn't do anything better we should of paid the 102k - I even emailed African banks ombudsman and no help there either. This is beyond ridiculous - worst bank in the country to deal with.
