Worst Bank In SA,Desrevs to be Downgraded by Moody&Fitch and SP as loan shark!!!

I got a loan from this bank starting from when I stared working which was in 2015 or 2016.From those loans I would settle my account in advance.I took a credit card which i also settled. I then took a big loan of R131 257 in 2019 and I have been paying without missing a month.In 2020 I then went under debt review.My debt review company skipped payments while I paid them in full resulting in my account getting arrears for the first time for couple of months till the court order was granted.

African bank did not restructure the loan and arrears into one as ordered by the court.They kept on deducting interest for arrears. I tried engaging them regarding this but they refused then I blamed my debt Councillors which I ended up letting them go. I continued paying African bank..talk abut being a loyal customer being milked for years. I now paid almost half of the loan owing them R75 987.51 according to them but I have paid a total of R122181. I now want to settle the loan but requesting a discounted amount like other banks give.

They refusing in a rude way.I tried sending them emails to debt review collecting department,they called asking why I want a discount and they reply by saying no.

Stay away from this bank.This bank is vulture they will try and milk you through unstructured interests then when you cant pay while refusing to give discount they send lawyers.

Stay away from this bank people of South Africa.
