WORST BANK IN HISTORY

This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. And Zero Customer care. I was supposed to settle my account and today they took a different amount to what was agreed on. The consultants are impatient with you when you're trying to voice your frustrations. They're not sympathetic and they now want me to go through a whole process to get my money refunded to me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BANK WITH THEM
