Worst bank I ever used

Terrible bank! You can't even use your online banking to download statements as proof of address because all your details are not on there.

Their customer service inside the bank is the worst! They act like you are disturbing them, it's like they don't wanna work. When there is literally two people sitting in the bank. Don't bank here, get a proper bank account with our leading banks, not this nonsense excuse for a banking service.

Imagine using online banking to do your banking needs and you cannot even execute that properly. Moving banks ASAP and I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
